2. Delivery Timeframes

• Average delivery time is 5–10 business days.

• In some cases (due to carrier delays, holidays, or high demand), delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

• We will always provide tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

3. Shipping Area

• We currently ship only within the United States.

• Orders placed outside the U.S. cannot be processed at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system.

5. Incorrect Addresses

• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If an order is returned to us, reshipment fees may apply.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

• If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us so we can investigate.

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, check with your local post office or delivery service first.

• Verified lost shipments will be refunded or reshipped.
